Hiking and Climbing
In the valley, on top of the mountains or in the high mountains, there are trails available for all tastes and levels of difficulty.
For climbers the Via Ferrata Arena Höhenburg is interesting. A highlight is certainly the via ferrata at the Moserboden dam wall

The Pinzgau offers a lot of Bike trails .
Several bicycle shops, workshops and rentals are located in Kaprun and Zell am See. The Tauern Cycle Path is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

For water rats there are many Swimming lakes, lidos and outdoor pools available.
