The apartment is located centrally in the Pinzgau, in the heart of the Austrian Alps. This guarantees numerous activities for skiers and “non-skiers” nearby.
Skiing
Many skiing ressourts are nearby and can be reached easily by car of bus.
Zell am See Schmittenhöhe (5 minutes to the Areitbahn – our lcoal skiing ressourt)
Kaprun Kitzsteinhorn (15 minutes away – with snow guaranty from October to early summer)
Kitzbühler Alpen (25 minutes to Hollersbach – the Kitzbühl Streif, a must for all skiers)
Maria Alm/Hochkönig (30 minutes away – Part of the ressourt Ski amadé)
Wildkogel Arena (30 minutes to Bramberg – a skiing ressourt for families)
Uttendorf/Weißsee (35 minutes away – a small but nice skiing ressourt in the high mountains)
Saalbach/Hinterglemm/Leogang/Fiberbrunn (40 minutes to the Schönleitbahn – the largest skiing ressourt in Austria)
Cross Country Skiing 
The Pinzgau offers many trails for cross Country skiers and skaters.

Toboggan
Not far away there are several toboggan runs for every taste.

Winter Hiking 
The region offers many cleared trails but also snow shoeing tours.
Skating
Skating is possible in the Eishalle Zell am See even if the lake in Zell am See is not frozen.

The Tauern Spa with sauna area, thermal pool, outdoor pool and water slide is jsut around the corner.
